A - Perfection Power Cleaning works with residential customers in the Orlando area, and commercial customers in the Central Florida area.
Q - Is my landscaping safe?
A - When using chemicals harmful to lawns we use a neutralizer to protect your lawn.
Q - What is the difference between soft and pressure washing?
A - Great question, soft washing uses more chemicals to remove dirt from delicate surfaces such as your roof without requiring high pressure. Pressure washing, primarily uses high pressure to remove dirt.

Q - How can I see my home’s sizing?
A - We will help if you can’t, but square footage can be viewed on Zillow. You can also do accurate measurements on Google Earth.
Q - How far in advance are you booked?
A - We aim to fill our schedule 3-5 days in advance.
Q - Are you and your employees insured?
A - Yes! We are fully insured and will provide a COI upon request.
Q - Can I book for a follow up service in the future?
A - Absolutely! You might like our monthly payment program for recurring services.

Q - What is your referral program?
A - $50 for one referral, $75 for two referrals, $100 for three or more referrals. For commercial referrals, or residential referrals valued at over $750 we pay 10% for one, 12.5% for two, and 15% for three of more referrals.
Q - How can I track my referrals?
A - Navigate to our referral section of the website for tracking (updated monthly)
Q - How do my referrals let you know I referred them to you?
A - If they provide your referral code during the booking process it will be assigned to you.
Q - I forgot my referral code, what can I do?
A - No problem! Simply message us with the approximate date of your service and we will provide you with your code!

Q - What is your guarantee?
A - We fully guarantee our work! If for any reason you aren’t happy with the service you received, please message us within 48 hours. We will come back for free to fix any potential issues. If after that you aren’t satisfied we will fully refund you.
